* set up your website and emails.

b) Ongoing

* we will be your Nominee Supervisor until you obtain your own license;

* we assist you with your builder license course while you act as Supervisor for your company;

* we provide sales and drafting, with impressive 3D renderings for your clients;

* we organise engineering and approvals, handle RFIs, and organise site reports; 

* we provide sales and administration, using our owner easy-to-use build management program, including:

          * tracking leads

          * providing detailed estimates and tracking build costs

          * managing build timeframes and progress
