The Jondaryan is a great country home. The design offers spacious open-plan living, extra-large bedrooms and a large living area. However, the highlight of the home are the wrap-around verandas, offering expansive outdoor living to take in the most that a beachside location has to offer. 

The Jondaryan can be built on a slab, or raised for flood prone areas.

The Jondaryan looks great in a country facade, but can be modified into a modern facade with mixed cladding and split skillion roof.
