The Highgrove is a great cottage home. The design offers an open-plan living with a semi-wrap-around veranda - large enough for outdoor living. However, the highlight of the home are the verandas, offering expansive outdoor living to take in the most that a beachside location has to offer. 

The Cottage is a great design for remote areas, where building can be difficult. The looks suits low-set and raised homes, and is great for sloping sites. 

The Highgrove looks great as a bush cottage, but can even be transformed into a more modern look with mixed cladding and a skillion roof.
