Our inclusions selections are based on quality selections from reputable suppliers. Our clients' may upgrade these items after contract. 

Colours:

After Contract, you will

* Roof and gutter: Colorbond colours only

* Windows: Colorbond or Bradnams colours

* Internal and external walls: any paint colours (eg. Dulux range, Wattle range, Colorbond range)

* Architraves and skirting boards: any paint colours (eg. Dulux range, Wattle range, Colorbond range)

* Robe doors: Brandnams colours

Kitchen and Bathroom:

Our supplier for tapware, vanities etc is Reece Plumbing. They have some great displays of our standard inclusions.

Tiles:

You have an allowance of $25/sqm for tiles. This includes floors, bathroom walls and splashbacks, with a feature tile in the bathroom niches. You can select any tile in this range (rectified tiles will be approx $20/sqm extra to lay).

Flooring:

We allocate an allowance of $45/sqm for carpet and $60/sqm for vinyl flooring.
