What We Do
Home Design and Build Tender:
For owners engaging a builder to build their new home, we produce full plans, site tests, engineered drawings and detailed specifications to allow the owner to obtain an accurate and comparative build tender.
Kit Homes and Owner Building:
For owner builders, as well as providing your custom designed plans, we provide full materials take-off and project management assistance allowing you to purchase your own materials (kit home) and organise trades, while working through the build process from design to completion.
How You Save
For owners requiring a builder for a full build, engaging independent builders saves on corporate overheads and franchise fees. Builders will be more responsive to start your home sooner when you provide everything ready to go. Owners typically save $300-$500/sqm by engaging independent builders and supplying the builder with their plans, engineering documents and specifications, cutting out corporate overheads, sales commissions and franchise fees.
For owner-builders, typically kit home companies will purchase materials and add 30%+ in markups, which owners then purchase as a 'kit home'. We provide project management assistance, so owners can purchase their own materials and organise their own trades, cutting out that cost.
