Design and Build Tender

We assist owners in the pre-contract design stage of their home by producing:

• Overlay searches, site tests and engineering documents;

• Concept Designs and 3D renders for initial planning and budgeting; 

• Preliminary Designs;

• Build Tender documents, including Build Estimates and Scope of Works/Specifications, for obtaining accurate quotes  from builders.

By engaging independent builders, you save on corporate overheads and franchise fees - generally 30-40% of the contract price. Builders will be more responsive and start your home sooner when you provide everything ready to start.

Whether you are a builder starting your new business or already established but want to reduce overheads, we provide a full sales service to builders by producing and organising:
